Brief Introduction to Wet Wire Drawing Machine

详情
Compared with other similar equipment, the distinctive feature of the wet wire drawing machine is that there is a certain degree of relative sliding between the steel wire and the reels during the drawing process. During operation, the steel wire, reels, drawing dies and other components are either immersed in or sprayed with cooling lubricant.

Also known as the slip-type multi-pass wire drawing machine, the wet wire drawing machine features back-pull drawing. It boasts a simple and compact structure, small footprint, easy operation, high drawing speed, excellent cooling performance, long die service life, eco-friendly and dust-free operation, as well as finished steel wire with clean surface and no torsion.

Operating Rules for Wet Wire Drawing Machine:

(1) Before starting the machine, check the air pressure and oil level of the equipment, as well as the fastening and lubrication of the spool take-up machine. Also inspect whether the safety protection devices are intact and functional.
(2) Before drawing, check whether the incoming material meets the specified requirements and qualified quality, and verify whether the die matching is appropriate.
(3) Open the water valve to fill the water tank with soap solution, then close the inlet valve.
(4) Before starting the spool take-up machine, check whether the air pressure is normal. Only when the air pressure is normal can the spool be installed.
(5) If any abnormality is detected during the operation of the wet wire drawing machine, stop the machine immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.
